Welcome to Boerne Academy

August 2026

A School Building

Welcome!

Welcome to Boerne Academy and the 2026–2027 school year! We’re so excited to welcome our new students and families to our Boerne Academy community. We are proud to offer a smaller, supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace, build confidence, and work toward their goals for life after high school. Our teachers are here to support each student along the way, and we love seeing students take ownership of their education and celebrate their progress. We’re looking forward to getting to know you, supporting you, and making this a great year together!

Edgenuity is our online learning platform and our students have been working hard to make progress through their courses. We know that Edgenuity may feel a little overwhelming at first, especially as students adjust to a new style of learning, but with time and practice, it becomes much more manageable. Give yourself time to learn the program, and remember that you are not doing this alone—our teachers are here to help, answer questions, and support you every step of the way.

The Edgenuity Family Portal gives parents and families an easy way to stay connected and see how their student is progressing. If you did not receive your Family Portal access code, please reach out to one of our teachers, and we’ll be happy to provide it again. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to working together to support your student this year!

Boerne ISD Classroom Library Use

A classroom library fosters a love of reading, supports literacy growth, and gives students access to diverse, engaging texts right where they learn. These books are carefully selected to complement instruction and encourage independent reading. However, we respect every family's preferences. If you would like your child not to have access to the classroom library, please submit the available form in Skyward.
